Clients who hire the halls on the first floor of the palace – especially the Concert Hall, the Balcony Hall with an adjacent terrace or the elegant Imperial Hall with marble floors, impressive paintings and beautiful chandeliers – can now enrich their events with a wine bar or wine pairing with multi-course dinners. Prestigious social events and conferences at the Lobkowicz Palace also feature art objects and paintings from the Lobkowicz Collections, which are on display in the museum's gallery.

When drinking wine, every drop of this ancient drink connects us with our ancestors. The Lobkowicz family has been managing the Chateau Winery in Roudnice nad Labem for more than 400 years. Thanks to this centuries old tradition we can still taste the same wine varieties as, for example, King Philip IV of Spain would drink. And now the opportunity to indulge in this royal experience is here for you too!
Starting this season, wine lovers can fully enjoy a large flavours and aromas palette of wines from the Roudnice winery, presented in the form of a wine bar with a sommelier during their dinner with a selection of the best award-winning wines. The sommelier will explain how the specifics of the terroir on the hills of the Elbe River meanders are reflected in Lobkowicz wine, describe the unique characteristics of each vintage and variety, and recommend which wine will delight your taste buds the most.
Multi-course dinners at the Lobkowicz Palace can also be supplemented with wine pairing. You choose the menu; the chef and sommelier then select the ideal bottle from the Lobkowicz Renaissance cellars for each course. The result is a perfect symphony of flavours that elevates the gala dinner to a truly royal experience.
Bringing History and Modern Technology Together at World Class Conferences
The historic setting of the Lobkowicz Palace and the long tradition of winemaking can be brilliantly combined with modern technology. This was wonderfully demonstrated at the Lobkowicz Palace at Prague Castle; for example, at the 5th International E-commerce & Digital Summit 2024, where Czech and foreign experts in the field of digital business shared their experiences. The Leaders of the Future also met at the Lobkowicz Palace at a unique conference focused on leadership. Among the speakers was also Chris Voss, a former FBI negotiator, successful businessman and Harvard University lecturer.
