The long-awaited reopening of Botanique Hotel Prague is approaching. The renovation works are entering their final stage, and everything is now moving towards welcoming the guests to the newly transformed spaces at the end of October beginning of November.
One of the spaces undergoing the most significant transformation is Bistro & Bar Botanique. It is not simply about a new look, but about a thoughtfully designed space that will better support everyday operations, guest comfort and the hotel’s new concept.
As part of the construction works, the restaurant layout has been redesigned as well as architectural elements and technical solutions throughout the space. By modifying the ceiling, more natural daylight has been brought into the interior, while the use of different flooring materials from wood to large-format tiles will help naturally divide the restaurant into individual zones and give the space a cleaner, more contemporary character.
An important part of the transformation is also the restaurant’s new layout. This will allow to increase seating capacity to 150 pax (from which 135 seats are located in the restaurant and 15 at a bar) while creating a more spacious and comfortable environment for guests. The bar has also undergone a significant redesign, as has the kitchen service system, which has been carefully planned to support smoother service and a more natural flow between the kitchen, the restaurant team and guests.
Throughout all the changes, however, the elements that are characteristic of Botanique Hotel Prague have been preserved. The restaurant will therefore continue to feature a dedicated breakfast corner offering vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, as well as other alternatives that naturally complement the overall gastronomic concept.
The result will be a brighter, more spacious and thoughtfully designed environment where guest comfort is seamlessly combined with the functionality of everyday operations. The new restaurant will offer not only a more pleasant atmosphere, but also a setting that reflects the contemporary identity of Botanique.
