AIM Group International closes 2025 with strong results that confirm the resilience of its business model and reinforce the transformation journey undertaken in recent years. The 2025 Annual C Sustainability Report highlights a Group that is increasingly international, integrated and innovation-driven, successfully combining business growth, technological advancement and social responsibility.
During the year, the Group recorded consolidated revenues of €88.99 million and an EBITDA exceeding €3 million, maintaining its position among Europe’s leading players in the events, communications and consultancy industry. AIM Group Prague office itself reached a turnover of CZK 116.8 million, which is +4.3% more in year-on-year comparison.
Today, AIM Group operates through 13 offices across 9 European countries, offering an integrated ecosystem that combines events, communications and consultancy to support companies, scientific associations, institutions and organisations in managing increasingly complex projects.
In 2025, the Group delivered more than 2,000 live, digital and hybrid events, engaging over 410,000 participants, managing more than 22,500 scientific abstracts, over 26,500 square metres of exhibition space, and working with more than 150 corporate clients and 150 international associations. From these numbers, Prague office secured 328 projects for nearly 18,000 delegates in total, out of which 85% were corporate events, 8% association events, and 7% DMC projects. The most significant projects of 2025 included corporate events held in Prague as well as abroad for UniCredit Bank, AstraZeneca, Bristol Myers Squibb, Teva, Sandoz, Valeo, Motorola, Arrow Electronics and Discovery Travel.
“Among the key association events last year, I would like to highlight the 2nd National Surgical Congress in Olomouc, the Information Security Forum, or the international conference 7th CCP Phenogenomics, which we have been implementing in cooperation with Biocev of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic for the fourth year. In addition to projects in the Czech Republic, we have also organized international events, such as the Heart Failure Congress in Belgrade, Serbia, or the IALD conference for lighting designers in Valencia, Spain,” says Dana Prejzková, Country Manager, AIM Czech Republic & AIM Slovakia.
The Group’s diversified business model remains one of its key strengths. Conference Management accounted for 30% of revenues, followed by Healthcare Meetings (20%), Corporate C Sport Events (15%), Communication (15%), Continuing Medical Education (10%), while Association Management and Incentive C DMC Services togethercontributed the remaining 10%.
„2025 confirmed our continued post-pandemic growth, with the Prague office’s turnover increasing for the fourth consecutive year. But the numbers are only part of the story. Just as important to us is the stability of our team, which has allowed us to focus even more on the quality of the projects we deliver, a personalised approach and building long-term partnerships with our clients,“ explains Dana Prejzková and concludes: „Alongside event organisation, we are also gradually introducing our clients to smart technology solutions that add value to in-person events. These include AI-powered tools for measuring sentiment and audience engagement, as well as applications that allow participants to easily find photos in which they appear. While clients remain relatively cautious about adopting new technologies, we believe that these tools will play an increasingly important role in boosting engagement and maximising the return on investment of live events.“
Alongside its financial performance, the Report highlights significant progress in the Group’s ESG strategy. During 2025, AIM further strengthened its governance and reporting framework through the publication of its 2024 Sustainability Report and the Sustainable Supply Chain Protocol, supporting greater supplier engagement and alignment with international standards.
The Group also improved its environmental performance and transparency, increasing its EcoVadis score to 65/100, and obtained the EcoVadis Bronze medal placing it within the top 35% of companies assessed by EcoVadis over the previous 12 months. At the same time, the AIM Group formally submitted its Near-Term Commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), in line with the objectives of the Paris Agreement.
People continue to be the Group’s greatest competitive advantage. More than 300 professionals work across AIM’s international offices, with women representing 82% of the workforce, 76% of management positions, and 70% of senior leadership. Throughout 2025, the Group delivered more than 9,400 hours of training, focusing on leadership development, digital capabilities and sustainability.
Looking ahead, AIM Group will continue investing in international expansion, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity and the further development of its integrated service offering, supported by an international project pipeline already extending beyond 2030.
