In October 2026, the offer of direct long-haul flights from Prague Airport will be expand with two attractive destinations: Vietjet Air will connect Prague with Hanoi, Vietnam, while EasyJet will fly to Marrakesh, Morocco. Both new routes will operate twice a week.

What do Marrakesh and Hanoi have in common? Part from the fact that they are historic cities with UNESCO-listed monuments, famous for their intense and dynamic street life, both will be connected directly with the capital of Czechia from October 2026.

Vietjet Air’s route to Hanoi, which arrives at Prague Airport as a newcomer, will initially operate with a stopover in the Kazakh city of Almaty, and passengers will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the Prague-Almaty leg and back. For EasyJet, Marrakesh will be the first non-European destination that the airline will connect with Prague.

Representatives of the Václav Havel Airport expect the new routes not only to bolster tourism, but also to strengthen existing and build new business ties with undoubtable benefits for Prague.
